    Management Intern

    – Meet with other managers to plan and execute various work related activities.
    – Attend lectures, watch guest speakers and create projects and/or oral presentations when needed.
    – Aid in creating and/or revising and enforcing workplace policies and procedures.
    – Handle established customer accounts to gain familiarity with system processes.
    – Work with different departments, including marketing, customer service, purchasing/merchandising and administrative departments to gain familiarity with company operations.
    – Attend periodic performance evaluations.
    – Work with Human Resources to interview, hire and train new employees in all departments.
    –  Work with executives and management to develop and implement processes that protect assets and maintain profitability.
    – Analyze profit margins and inventory activity using company reports and insights.
